Shipping Policy

ASHDOWN LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is a service I do for Ashdown residents to help counterbalance the idea of shipping locally. The local delivery is available for all residential addresses in Ashdown only. While I realize surrounding areas are not far away, I restrict my delivery radius to realistically get orders to customers more quickly. I can not "deliver" to P.O. Boxes because of USPS protocol (otherwise I would). The stipulation for residential addresses follows a similar restriction: deliveries are scheduled outside of my full-time day job. Since certain office hours may not allow for me to get there before close, if you would like to schedule a business delivery you would have to make arrangements before placing an order. Orders that process that does not follow these regulations risk delay or additionally invoiced shipping balances. There is a $10 minimum for all local delivery orders. I will do everything in my power to facilitate deliveries for my customers, but I do have limitations for what can and can't be done. Please understand that local delivery does not mean "same day" or "next day." How soon will I get my order?
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. If a candle fragrance is out of stock we will notify you that there may be a delay in shipping your order. During the Fall & Winter season, we ask you for a little patience as this is the busiest time of the year.

Shipping
USPS is currently experiencing shipping and delivery delays, delivery of orders may take up to 4-6 business days. Please contact your local USPS branch if you are experiencing a delivery issue with your order.
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Wednesday ONLY during hot months. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the following business days.
- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed.
- Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded. Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. McNeal Made Candle Co is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages.
- If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local USPS Post Office.
-If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, you can use your tracking link sent by McNeal Made Candle Co to retrieve your package.
- If your package is being held for pick-up and you are on a quarantine lockdown, please contact your local USPS Post Office and wait to retrieve your packages, for your safety.
