Directions for Use:

  1. For external use only.
  2. As directed, massage 1 fingertip of the cream into the following areas: chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs. These specific areas enhance the cream's absorption into the body.
  3. Rotate the application location with each use to ensure even coverage.

Dosages:

  • For Menstruating Women: Start applying on Day 7 to Day 28. Use 1 fingertip in the morning and evening, taking a break during your menstrual cycle.
  • For Non-Menstruating Women: Apply during any 3 weeks and take a 1-week break.
  • For Men: No break is needed; apply consistently.

Note: Day 1 is considered the start of your period
